Quick question about overpayments/income disregard
Income
07/08 estimated 10000 Actual 9711
08/09 Estimated 9700 Actual 9661
09/10 Estimated 9700 Actual 12576
I have just renewed and been told they are claim back an over payment.
My question is i am due a pay review this month i am hoping to go up to £15000 when i inform tax credits of expected increase will this years payments be reduced even more or will it be clawed back in FY 11/12 Payments0
