I Intend to go into work on tuesday and hand in my notice effective immediatly... Because i have not been paid for 3 months since i started there.. I have a contract that i saw breifly its not in my posession but surely they have breached it... Buy not paying me...
I have been patient enough...I think
Will i get penalised for not giving notice?

You can do that but i cant see them giving you a favourable reference and you could find yourself being sued for not giving notice but as to whether they would actually go down this route is unknown. Have you asked about your pay rather than not saying anything and hoping it appears0

Yes i question it every month and they sling me a cheque that may or not cover it...Never had a wage slip.. Should have been paid last wed agauin not in the bank this time they said they had paid it through chaps payment thurs and then when i questioned it fri but its not in my bank........ I have had enough... I dont need a reference as i am becoming a foster parent full time very soon...0

Is it just yourself who hasnt been payed or is there others, if theres more could you not arrange a meeting with whoever to talk about it(not sure how you would proceed in something like this)0

I read your other post, you need to find out who has sat on an unsigned document for 3 monthsBlackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

It has happened to a few people but just where they are grossly short in their pay packets..only me where i didnt get anything at all... I have copies of all the faxes payroll have sent down telling me its going in the bank this day and that in the end i get a cheque... This month nothing at all and i have a had a miserable weekend..
I was patient the first few months thinking it was teething problems but now is just silly ...0 -
My manager at work forgot to sign a document i was told last month and this month they are saying the same thing....So payroll have had a unsigned document and havnt bothered to get it signed0

Personally, if it's not an issue about a reference etc; I'd go in with a letter of resignation and a grievance and a letter asking for your money or you will take it further through the necessary processes. Ask for a written receipt for all 3. Then sit down in reception/wherever and do not move until you have a cheque in your hands for the outstanding amount.0
