Using Tiscali for calls but still getting billed on BT

I just can't believe my luck. I'm on the cheapest phone / broadband package possible yet someone in the house is still managing to cost me extra money. Latest BT bill shows a local phone has been made on BT line - which means they would have had to deliberately dial 1280 before the number - or is this a Tiscali mistake? Also someone has managed to ask for call return after dialling 1571 - great I got charged for that - BT should recognise that as a mistake and not allow it!

Er, why? You used the service, you pay for it.Comping wins this month: 2 x business class flights anywhere we like | Horse vitamins (!) | New kettle | Motorcycling prints | Signed LPs | Thanks to all!0 -
Well it all makes sense now. When you use 1571 to hear a message and then press the key to return the phone call it counts as a call return. But the bill is not so clear as it says that the call return was to your own phone!
I'll have to tell the wife to not press that key!0
