I keep hearing about Working Tax Credits - especially on MSE - but have simply ZERO idea what they are.
I heard the conservative party planning to limit them to people on incomes under £50,000 - which defiantly includes me - but I don't exactly feel poor on £31,000 and I've never seen a tax credit...
Looking on an official government-type website when searching for 'working tax credits' has left me with even less of an idea of what they are than before!
Something to do with child benefits, no?
Please do enlighten me!
