In a highly scientific trial , my three kids were able to identify which hand I'd put the snail gel on, purely by how smooth it had made my skin feel.

An excellent start :T

Yes, its worth every penny to see they look on their faces .

I'm just waiting for the first person to volunteer for the moneysaving version (down the bottom of the garden) _pale_.

I've cracked and given in too. I bought a pot at lunchtime.

Still a bit grossed out by the idea but I've eaten and enjoyed snails in the past and it does say on the pot that gathering the slime does not damage the snails :rotfl:

I popped into H&B today and noticed there were no pots left of this so I asked the sales girl and she said they have been flying out and one of the customers had said it had been recommend on an online forum:eek:Is it us do you think? I went to buy one the weekend after this thread started and in Manchester they already didn't have any...

So either we all live in Manchester or we are not the only ones to chat about it:D

Still didn't get any... Might try Oldham as well.
