Printing odd size photo - Neeed help please!

I am trying to print some photos out for a clock and need 8 4cm x 4cm and 4 4cm x 6.5cm, does anyone know of anywhere I can do this please, preferably free and VERY easy to use.

Toxteth_OGrady, I want to use the photos I have but crop some of them so that only my grandaughter is on them, would I be able to do this or does it just resize the whole picture.
Thanks for your suggestion totalsolutions, would have been ideal and very easy for me but as I put for other poster they are pictures of my grandaughter I am trying to do and her parents dont want pics online, understanably in this day and age so was looking for some sort of software I can use myself.If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................

Crop first and save the crop as a new jpeg. Resize the new file. You can resize by pixel, %age, file size, inches or cm. Obviously in your case choose cm and put in the actual size you want.
