Credit Card (First Direct Visa) Theft 'Insurance'

I think I remember that buying mail order products using my credit card afforded some form of insurance cover should that product be stolen. Is that so and if so how do I start to claim?
The story is that I ordered an iPod which was delivered and signed for at my place of work. It has since disappeared and despite a good search around it seems 'someone has had it away...'
Any thoughts?

Easest thing to do is ring them and ask to speak to the Cards department. They will be more likely to know if this is something the card offers than the call centre staff I would think.0
