It won't take me beyond the home page no matter which button I click. Will try again later.

Has anybody got the Nectar toolbar working with Google Chrome?

If so how did you do it as I can't get it working at all!!
  • Started off fine and accumulated 17 nectar points, then for some reason started getting the message
"you did not perform a valid search" in an annoying little pop-up, which just slowed my computer down.
The help pages were not at all helpful, so I just uninstalled the toolbar again. Any suggestions how I could fix it, please?

p.s. did you know nectar points are worth double in Ask restaurants (you just swipe your Nectar card when you pay the bill - so easy) Not as good as Tesco 4 times clubcard points, but better than the usual £2.50 for 500 points. :)

The nectar points from your toolbar are added at the end of each month. Another useful function is a bar comes up at the top of your screen when you visit a site where nectar points are available as I'm always forgetting about them, lol!

I usually get that if I'm searching for a term which looks a bit like a macro. Hasn't slowed my computer down though.

For the last two months search points have not been credited to my account, this includes the double points month.

    We've been scammed!

Personally I wouldn't install a pointless toolbar that records your searches in the hope of sending more adverts your way for the sake of a measly amount of nectar points.
  • The points for the toolbar searches are about the only Nectar points I get automatically without having to send endless e-mails to Customer Services. Points for shopping at Amazon, doing Nectar surveys sent by e-mail, for loading the toolbar etc etc alll have to be chased up with umpteen e-mails, and usually I get no reply either. Nectar must be the most unprofessional organisation going IMO. It's not like the points are worth much either.
