Just moved house and in the usual ring rounds to provide my gas and electricity meter readings I contacted Swalec. The lady on the phone 'Pat' was fantastic. She immediately noted that I was on a mobile and called me back so that I wasn't using my credit on a free phone number.
Swalec has been very good in all my dealings with them - last year a very patient chap helped us work out that our second fridge and freezer was gobbling up half our electric bill.
I don't know how they compare price wise but their customer service is fantastic.
