  • dt1 - nothing to add other than to say that this woman makes my blood boil! She gives us PWC who are decent, hard working people with integrity a very bad name. I hope she feels shame one day!

I do too PHB but where this woman's concerned I have the feeling hell will freeze over first:p.

I just hope bdt1 pursues it and doesnt feel sorry for her when she gets a whacking great bill for monies owed that shouldnt have been paid in the first place. :)

Keep on top of it, it saves loads of hassle in the long run, thats what I say. :)

    Thanks for all your replies.

Kelloggs in answer to your question, yes the address is probably half hour drive from where I live, so a drive to observe may be worthwhile

Just dunno what to do with Triunal only 3 weeks away, maybe ask if they can postpone 'pending' new imminent evidence from me, but as a NRP guess they probaly think I'm stalling, just don't want her to get wind that I'm onto her. Still so shocked cannot believe what she's done/doing it's appaulling, those poor children, what have they grown up with - my wife often asked me to challenge where the childrenlived, although I was never allowed access I feel my wife has een right all along the children would have had a more stale upbringing with me, my wife and their half-siblings

We cant change the past so my advice dont let it drag you down and hold you back, if I could turn back time there are a few things i'd change too, at the time I thought they were the right thing to do at that point in time, in hind sight I think there were possibly better solutions. best intentions and all that carp.

From here on in is what matters now :) start plugging away at it now thats a good beginning.

Don't hold your breath - our PWC was caught out fraudulently claiming income support due to us proving we had been paying CS when she declared we weren't.We don't know what the outcome was, but it couldn't have been too bad as we didn't hear any more.

However our 'arrears' did get reduced. As we could only prove that some CS had been paid (not the full amount that had been paid) despite the PWC being caught red handed as it were, they still took her word for the amounts we had paid that she denied receiving, so we still had arrears for them.
