Hello,

Well those of you who know us are aware we have Triunal hearing next month as CSA incorrectly calculated CM and associated arrears - we have proof of this.

BUT.............PWC being what she is, when case closed Sept 09 as 2 dd aged 19 and 17 no longer qualifying, whne CSA informed PWC case closed she rang them and stated youngest dd aged 17 was still QC as she was in full-time education, so we suspect (CSA agree) that she then in Jan 2010 got youngest dd to enrol on course, got her child benefit , child tax credits and working tax crdits and therefore CS reinstated.

HaHa, just found out today, that eldest dd not lived with her mother since 2008, so not only was I liable for CS (or not as case may be!) but PWC also been fraudulently claiming child benefit, taxcredits and work tax credits for 18 months whilst eldest dd not living with her.

Don't know how to go about this one, I have proof eldest not been residing with mother since 2008, and CSA have themselves told me that PWC claimed child benefit and other benefits for eldest upto Sept 2009, so do I get CSA Criminal Compliance involved or investigate her by way of private detective and then present evidence at Tribunal, jus I am aware clock ticking as Tribunal only 3 weeks away, but she won't have a clue I've rumbled her, just didn't want to give her a head start and let her know I know the fraud she's been committing :rotfl:

She really is the most poisonous human I've ever come across, and it says a lot that our dd is living locally yet moved out from her mother's address at the age of 18. This has now spurred me on to contact my 2 estranged dd, with the support of my family of course.

Naughty naughty PWC :D

Nothing surprises me anymore. Good for you bdt1. Get into contact with your children, hard though it is in the beginning, in the months that follow you'll be glad you did. plus with the oldest not living with her mother thats great news, should be no problems with having contact :j brilliant:T I am pleased for you.

As for your pwc's deception:mad:, make sure she gets what she deserves, quite apart from the fact shes been defrauding the tax payer shes also conned herself CM payments to which she wasnt entitled to:mad:. I always do say what goes around comes around and it looks like is on its way right now to your pwc, lovely, a liar and a thief getting their comeuppance. :)

lol you must keep us updated bdtl. This is not a situation we should ever face because I think where the CM was concerned it was always done with all the t's crossed and the i's dotted. :)

What evidence do you have? Can you send it to child benefit and tax credits?

Well just been on phone to private detective they will charge in region of £2000, which I simply do not have, so that idea out of window.

I will speak to my CSA case worker who agrees anyway that PWC committing fraud, in relation to child benefit, tax credits etc. So, now have evidence that eldest dd living at (1) address alone if electoral role to be accurate, whilst PWC and youngest child not there. I also strongly susect that PWC and youngest dd are living with a partner of PWC, yet, again, she putting eldest dd address done for correspondence for CSA puropses, as if she lives there - simply untrue! Bet she also put this address done for benefits!

So, how do I make sure CSA take me seriously I have proof in form of electoral roll info etc that PWC and eldest dd not at same address, despite her claiming for CS and benefits as if they were! With Tribunal looming, just dunno how to go aout it.

Best of it is, CSA being what they are, only reason I found out where eldest DD living was cos they didn't adhere to Data Protection, and those documents that were meant to be 'blacked out' were simply not - surprised - NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kelloggs I have list of electoral roll at eldest dd address, (she's 19 so on it this time), PWC or any other adult does not come up on this list, daughter is only listed person in that household. PWC is listed at another address, a property she bought some time ago, but we still strongly believe she resides at her partners address, so this needs further investigation

I would send what you have to all parties involved - tax credits, CSA, child benefit. That is all you can do really - if child benefit close the claim, it will lead to overpayment of tax credits and CSA should then backdate QC coming off too.

Just cannot believe she is so devious, why would she do this to us, when our home is already at risk cos of a mis-calculation which we have proven to CSA. They agree just putting it to Tribunal as they state PWC Htold them she would appeal against CSA Appeal decision to correct CS assessment. I have always paid CS, had a DEO when I was working full-time then when left work for s/e even when given nil assessment put money away as knew this was not how I feel it should be. Now when CSA incorrcetly want over £800 per month from me, and arrears also to this tune, I have agreed with Enforcement a monthly CS figure which I adhere to, why is PWC not happy with that? Even though she has been obviously swindling the benefit system, I think she thinks I would just lie down adn take it - how can I my home (and that of my wife and the 4 children in it) is at risk - CSA have interim charge, CCJ and LO, for debt I simply do not owe......................they included child benefit, my wifes' reimbursed business expenses, CSA money to my wife for 2 step-sons and also surrender of an insurance payment in my wife's name only, all as my assessable income, on top of all credits in my business account being taken also as assessable income. (My van hire is £320 per month, before any other expenses - diesel, tools, insurance etc etc) it's so proveable and ridiculous

Again, if as we suspect PWC is renting out her 'owned home' yet living with her boyfriend this needs further clarifiaction, we strongly suspect she is living with boyfriend and youngest dd (17 yrs old), whilst eldest dd is at another address listed as the only adult there on electoral roll. Why would a parent have their daughter at another address, we wonder if she has got herself pregnant and moved out with child, or if she just couldn't stand things at home with mother, all sorts going through our heads. Or maybe she living with boyfriend but he not listed there, ther's lots of questions need answering

Just there's 3 boys in our household ages 15, 18 and 19, and no matter what I could never see them living independently/alone for a long time, unless they go to UNI, why would they? They have the love of a family unit to support them in anything and everything, as is often challlenged with teenage siblings

I agree but not everyone thinks like this - when my dss wanted to move in with his father and myself (he was 16) - the PWC (in her own words) did her sums on how much money she would lose and blocked it - was going to lose upwards of £600 per month. As CB, tax credits and maintenance will be due to stop this year she is throwing him out and he is left with the choice of uprooting 400+ miles to live with us or present himself as being made homeless...no brainer, he is moving here as soon as his current college course completes and has an interview for an advanced college course here in a couple of weeks time, we will support him (even with no benefits or maintenance for him!) and fully expect to have the same with DSD as soon as the money is due to stop for her.
