I have two isa with other providers.
I'm just wondering whether i can open one of these by transferring the other two to it.
I cant put new money in as i have already started a S & S isa this year.
Just asking as its Saturday and cant ring to check with NW.

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

Yes, you can.
Remember that Naionwide love creating additional forms/letters/declarations that aren't actually required!
With that in mind, you need to pick up an application form and transfer pack (note pack, not form) from a branch (don't you just love this 21st century technology). The pack also includes a freepost envelope, so you don't have to wait ages to be seen in a branch.0 -
I was looking at their site with a view to investing in a fixed rate bond but I would have needed to open a Flex Account which I don't want to do. Would it not be the same for your ISA? Can't you find a better rate for the ISA elsewhere?0

I'm not sure you can do much better than this for instant acc and I'm a NW customer already.Jake'sGran wrote: »I was looking at their site with a view to investing in a fixed rate bond but I would have needed to open a Flex Account which I don't want to do. Sad in these troubled times that 2.8% is about the best we can do.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -

If you still have some allowance left then it's perfectly fine to open a Cash ISA account with any provider you wish and deposit up to £5100 of your remaining allowance for this year.0 -

As you are a N/w customer already would not the e-isa be better?
For one, unlike Champion ISA, there are no restrictions on withdrawals, the rate is only 0.05% lower, which unless you have squillions is not a lot of difference, and open on line
I am in process of transferring my First Direct cash ISA across to N/w [FD would rather I took my money out than give me a the new ISA customer rate]Numerus non sum0 -
Might have misread but isnt there something in the champion isa about monthly reviews...a bit like the investec high five account? As you are a N/w customer already would not the e-isa be better?

Yes There are monthly reviews. Isas have decreased in last month so don't be surprised to see this. Rate fall this month.0

February/March 2.5%
April 2.8%
May 2.8%
As Mickygg said above, I would certainly expect this to drop quite low. If you look at what they compare their rate to, it is the likes of 0.1 and 0.5% accounts which are higher at the moment just for "ISA season".0
