Here's my rough but detailed schedule....
2:15pm - Groom & Best Man arrive
2:20pm - Groom's pre-wedding interview / greets guests
2:45pm - Me & BMs arrive
2:50pm - My pre-wedding interview
3pm - Ceremony starts
3.30 - 4pm Photos outside registry office
4:15pm - Arrive at reception venue / drinks
4:30 - 5:30pm - Photos
5:30pm - Buffet
6pm - Speeches, toasts, cake
....mingle....drinks....possibly change dress....
8pm - First dance, disco
9pm - More buffet
9.30pm till Midnight - Disco
