bt line rental not showing £11.54

approx 2 yrs ago we were on the evening and weekend plan after a year we noticed we were getting charged for that plan so hubby cancelled , as we have no paper billing, every now and then we check online, should check regularly i know:o:o but i've noticed we are not charged £11.54 for line rental we are charged £12.79, before i instruct hubby to phone the dreaded bt does anyone have any idea what the extra £1.25 is for?

just had a look there is a reduction of £1.25 for paper free billing i wonder if they've been charging us for that

The £1.25 discount is shown separately on the bill (under the Credits and discounts section).

i found out what the extra was for, it must have been cos hubby cancelled the rolling contract and thats why we were charged £12.79 per month, we moved to o2 on the 16th this month and just had final bill from o2 in credit £2.86 :rotfl:
