    BTW You're wrong. The KV6 was fitted in Rover badged models too, in both 2.0l and 2.5l capacities.

    i would reject the car

    sounds like a bag of problems also the kv6 is not prone to hg failure

    theres tons of these about i'm sure you can find a better one

    This may sound silly but how do i go about rejecting the car - if they have offered a repair foc can i still do this?

    speak to the boss write a nice letter outlining all problems with the car

    pretty sure even though they will fix it you can still reject the car

    any probs speak to cab or consumer direct

    Strictly speaking no, but you can ask to reject it.

    I thought either buyer or seller could insist on a refund with the option of a repair if buyer and seller agree.
