Perfect Payday Loan *problem*
Comments

As Apples says, the company's who LEND money and don't expect repaying are few and far between nowadays. I've googled so many LOAN companies and they all seem to want their money back. Not to be outdone I have also emailed a fair few but have not yet any replies....poor Customer Service is what I put it down to.:D
It is also totally out of order that a company should ask you to repay money you have borrowed (by giving false details) when you are on benefits. I think you should sue them :rotfl:Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those affected (Benjamin Franklin) JFT96...YNWA0 -
Ok...a bit more serious now.
You could indeed be arrested for ' obtaining money under false pretences' however that is extremely unlikely and the CPS/ any court would probably be quite lenient because of the lack of checks ( the company could be shown to be complicite in the ' crime' ie they make it so easy) and exhorbitant fees charged .
Might be best in the first instance to ring them and explain that you know you were naughty but thought you would be able to pay the loan back but someone has let you down .Throw yourself on their mercy and ask for the additional fee to be waived.Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those affected (Benjamin Franklin) JFT96...YNWA0 -

Don't accept that, tell them you want a couple of grand compensation on top for hurt feelings. You know you're worth it.0 -

It's nothing more than common theft.0 -
Quite obviously a troll.
Mind you I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't in a job, by the sounds of it, they probably can't even dress themselves.0 -
I agree a Mayday troll with nothing better to do.0
