Bought MP3 using Work comp. now want to download at home but can't!

I bought an MP3 song from Amazon at work, now because I didn't want to download the Amazon MP3 Downloader onto my work computer, I didn't download it at the time.

Now I am using my home computer (which does have Amazon MP3 downloader on) I can't download it! I have looked on the Amazon Help section and it says:

Your Amazon MP3 Music purchases can only be downloaded once. After you have successfully downloaded the file to your computer at the time of purchase, we recommend that you create a backup copy.

Now I didn't download it at the time of purchase, so have I wasted the princely sum of 69p?

Single tracks don't need the Amazon Downloader so my guess is that it might have downloaded at work.

After contacting Amazon, they made it redownloadable.
