can't believe that this time next week I'll have just got to my holiday destination....well, hopefully about 3pm in the afternoon......you know in December when everyone says 'it doesn't feel like Christmas', well I kind of feel that!! It feels like something still ages away.

I guess this is you 'making' yourself sick. Have you been to the doctors Elf? It's a syndrome/disease they must help you, just the same as depression/anorexia etc etc. Please get some help because I am really worried about you :A
On the subject of food, seeing as I can participate now
I just had a yummy yummy dinner. Now I am on my evening snacks. Those of you who liked graze boxes go to Morrisons and in their 'free from' asile and in the dried fruit asile there are immitations of what was in the box. I brought a bag of roasted seads with cranberrys for 20p and berry cherry choc nibl bag for 50p. Best thing is they are both less calories than a graxe box, get its more grams
Guess what I am going back to buy tomorrow
Oh and who was it that sent me that pcos diet book? I am sure it was you Katsu but can't quite remember! Anyways I have read it back to front today and the penny has dropped, that book is so amazing and I shall be changing most of my diet to see if it improves my pcos stuff, its truely fab :T Plus I prob won't need all the supplements I listed earlier because if I change my diet a certain way I can get them all except one of the herbs
Thanks ever, ever, ever so much :j 0 -
glad your feeling more positive papBoiler pot £30.92/£10000

pap, I'm bulimic....I thought I was recovering but over the past year I've been throwing up more and more and more and I can't stop it. It's a vicious cycle but right now I can't do anything to stop it, I don't want/need the stress of the GP having a go/seeing new people before my exam, right now I have nothing else as a coping mechanism....** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

I couldn't stop being sick yesterday..but that was self inflicted...if anyone saw a grey Jaguar going down Gt Bookham High St, with the rear window down and a stream of vomit flying out, it wasn't me-right?Debt-free...and staying that way...0
