Evening guys - 1st day of non-smoking gone well today! I've done it before so sure I can do it again!
You know when you subscribe to the comps so you get the little tick thing at the start - is there a way you can 'file' these away in a folder or something as I use 'USER CP' to keep me up to date with threads that have been updated etc? Does that make sense??!?!
Sweetie - how did it go today then? OK?Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:0 -

Well done on not smoking :T:T I'm hopelessI can never quit.
I didn't goI phoned up at about 12pm and asked to speak to her Geraldine, the psych), she wasn't there yet but a specialist midwife who I seen throughout pregnancy (and arranged the psychiatrist) spoke to me, she was just amazing!! She said she understood and not to worry, she made another appointment for next week and she's coming to pick me up and bring me home so Geraldine can see me. She said that they will see me and do an assessment then speak to my GP to arrange emergency treatment
Was such a relief. I was just going to cancel tbh but know I need help, not fair on the kiddies.
Just wish it wasn't so hard, I break out in a sweat just using the phone, I've been so anxious xxxx JoJo xx

At least you've took the first positive step sweetie.
Hope you manage to overcome this. I've had panic attacks in the past & for no apparent reason either and they're not very nice. The last one was about 2years ago and my whole body just felt comatose, I had no control over it and thought I was dying.
I felt embarrassed by it afterwards but now realise its a condition that can happen to anyone.
Well done on your babyworld win btw sweetie, saw your name in the list.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

....Ohhh! So had panic attacks - they are horrid - only thing I could do was to walk and walk and walk! They just strike don't they! And people find it hard to understand when you're having one! Just get the people you love onside - they're better than you know xxx"You give a little love and it all comes back to you! La La La La La La La!"Just loving comping and the good guys here!0
