Free Family and Friends Railcard

Its Mail50 but only valid for renew between 5th July and 1st August.

I received a letter yesterday saying 'Here's your free railcard' but there was only the letter and no railcard in the envelope! Does anyone know who/how I get in touch with someone about this as I wanted to use the card a week on Saturday to get me and my daughter down to Twickenham for a Rugby Final. Based on the fact they charge around £30 to park your car it will be cheaper than driving there.

They are very quick to respond, they replied to my query within a few minutes.
