Once upon a time a weary traveller burdened by debt was struggling along the road to solvency when she had an inspiration - why not join the NSD challenge? So she did, last summer, but for one reason or another only stayed the course for 2 months, failing to reach her target for both those months.

Now I'm back!!!!!! Hang out the flags, kill the fatted (Tesco special BOGOF)calf, the prodigal has returned to try try and try again to get a grip on her spending! Put me down for 10 NSDs in May - am starting with a low target to begin with!

Hi Spoon, please put me down for 23 for May. With all the encouragement I got in April I managed to hit my target so I am going to push myself for an extra day. Everyone on this thread are wonderful and so supportive. Spoon you are doing a wonderful job keeping us on track with all the updates. I don't know how you manage to do it... your great :A:A THANK YOU... THANK YOU...

Well, I managed to get home [STRIKE]last night[/STRIKE] this morning. The Tardis followed BigMummaF's lawnmower part of the way. Was so tired I went1.gifthrough the front door. Seeing lots of these today elephant.gifwhich meant I have NSD #1 for May.

Keeping my target as 15 for the merry month of May. Fingers crossed I get to increase it as in April. Hurray for the lovely, shiny new thread and  for being on page 3 already! *Goes and takes one last look at men in kilts and Randy Orton. (See pages 23/24 of last month's thread #461 ) (in case anyone misses them like I do)

I have a NSD planned for today and I will make myself sit down and organise spends for the month. Tons of birthdays in May, all cards bought ages ago and have 2 present bought in sales so far. Will double check the prezzie stash and then get organised!

Ooooops! I did sit and get organised....and realised that the mattress I wanted to buy DS is only at sale price until tuesday so I ordered that but it did have money off and I did get a £10 gift card back that will go toward a May birthday pressie :D

Tomorrow WILL be a NSD as I am now skint!
