Transfers site for Benidorm - legit? (mediterranean-holidays)

Options
I'm looking to book transfers from Alicante Airport to Benidorm in early September (return journey). A friend has given me the following site: https://www.mediterranean-holidays.citymax.com/alicante_airport_transfers.html , but they haven't yet used it themselves.

The prices are good, I am just wondering if anyone here has heard of it or used it? I am a bit concerned because the site does seem quite amatuerish in design and function.

For instance, quite a few links don't work, the images aren't sized correctly, etc etc. It also seems to have been built by an online website creator called City Max. https://www.citymax.com is supposedly the site for this but it doesn't work for me.

So I'm just wondering if this site is legit before we enter payment details. I do realise maybe they are just a small company with a tacky site, but totally legit.

Can anyone recommend any other sites for transfers? Minibus would be preferable to coach but all will be considered (Except a bus from Alicante Airport).

secure payment is via paypal. If you do this, make sure the full transaction is by credit card.If you have funds in a paypal account, get rid of these first. You can only do a charge back (if reqd) if the FULL AMOUNT is paid by CC.
I noticed this site when checking for Murcia transfers. They are a lot cheaper than shuttledirect, resorthoppa etc

You should try to find out how much a taxi would cost (ask someone who's been to Benidorm before?).

I found that far more reliable than these transfer companies in Tenerife anyway, who didnt bother turning up to take us to the airport!

EDIT - notice budgetflyer mentioned resorthoppa, thats who our transfers were booked with in Tenerife. AVOID!!!! :)
  • Thanks for all the replies. I found another site that looked more professional and reassurring so we've booked with them. £150 private all in for 6 people there and back, not bad. It's with Viajes Alameda. I hope they're ok!

Thats shuttledirect. used them loads of times. Very reliable

BTW the other site, you wonder how much business they lose by not having a proper looking site and proper cc/online booking facilities. Paypal does the job but anyone can set that up.
