child bus pass in London
Off to London tomorrow with 2 daughters aged 15 and 17.They have photocards to prove their age on our bus`s.Would they be able to use these to get free fares(15) and the £5 weekly ticket for the 17 year old?.It won`t be worth the hassle of getting TFL photocards. On the last trip, the youngest just smiled and walked straight on.

14&15 year olds must have a Child Oyster photocard to qualify for free bus travel, otherwise the adult fare is payable.
16&17 year olds must have a 16/17 Photocard in order to qualify for child rate season tickets e.g. weeklies otherwise the adult fare is payable.0 -
Just back. The 15 year old got away with it for 3 days, but was eventually told to get an oyster card.Too much hassle,so bought a 1 day travel card.0
