other forums for flight deals?

this site is good but does anyone know any other forums which are good for flight deals?

i would like a site where if someone finds are great priced flight then they post a thread.

obviously for flights departing or arriving in the UK.

@withabix, that site is nearly all about US stuff and doesn't include a section where people post cheap flight deals. thanks for trying though.

withabix is right. There is a whole subforum on flyertalk that deals with bargain fares - although I'll give you that it is a bit US-heavy.

However, I suggest that you also take a look at the subforums that deal with individual airlines. You could try the BA or Virgin one for starters.

i may be going mad but can't find a sub-forum focusing on bargain fares, all i can find is a subforum called 'mileage run deals' which has a focus on earning miles.

i also can't find a subforum dealing with BA or Virgin deals other than the ones which talk about being members of their loyalty programs.

any chance of a link to the bargain part of the forum?

You have found the right sub-forums on flyertalk. Ignore the way they are titled.

In the Mileage Run Deals you will find bargain fares posted, although I'll give you that some of them are more preoccupied with maximising air miles. Also, a lot of these are US-focused. However, take the time to scan the posts and you will find the odd thing that may be relevant to you.

Similarly, the individual airlines subforums are titled as per their respective frequent flyer programmes. However, all and sundry concerning that particular airline will be discussed there - and this includes bargain fares, sales, price errors, discount codes etc. It takes some sifting through, but has exactly the kind of info you are after.
