Will she have started her maternity leave before she is made redundant if so they still have to pay her her maternity pay for 39wks some companies continue to pay on a monthly basis whilst others will add it to the redunancy and pay in a lump sum.:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

Is this the smp (c. £100 p/w?) or the 6 weeks fully pay, 2 weeks 90% etc etc?0
