Strange things when opening browser - Linux

Suddenly when I open browser on my netbook it has started opening 3 tabs at a time: the first one says Mozilla / Welcome to Firefox, the next one says iGoogle and the third one says thank you for installing google toolbar - which I haven't done!!! Then I have to acknowledge toolbar before it lets me do anything else.

It's a Linux with Linpus os. It has never done this before, normally just goes straight to my google homepage - not igoogle. I don't know how this has happened and can't get it back to normal. Could it be a virus? I thought you couldn't get viruses on Linux?
Please excuse my limited knowledge lol.
Thanks, Saz.
:heart2: THANK YOU MARTIN!! :heart2:
