Does anyone have any advice for me?
I have a few VHS-C videotapes from family occasions and I want to transfer them to DVD either myself or using a business. My question is what hardware and software do I need to transfer it?
or who knows a good company ?
Thanks in advance:T

If you have a VCR, and a VHS-C adapter, then an under the telly DVD recorder is easiest, but not the cheapest.. but has other uses..

If you have a DVD writer in the PC, you could use something like this..

If you don't have any of these, you can get a VHS VCR combined with a DVD recorder for a couple of hundred nowadays.
If it is a one off, do any friends and family have any of this equipment?Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
I have the VHS-C adaptor and a dvd writer in my laptop but currently no DVD writer under the TV but we are considering buying one soon. I was wondering if there was an adaptor from the TV to a laptop ( It has firewire and USB 2 and came with Adobe Premiere Standard software)
I don't think anyone in the family or amongst my friends have any video editing equipment.0 -
