Free Cavity wall insulation with dla??

In short our DS has recently been diagnosed with autism we have been successful in applying for Dla for him.
We live in a 5 bed detached house near manchester, the loft has been well insulated by my husband ( £1 rolls found on here, thanks ) but the house is still pretty cold so i have been looking to find cavity wall insulation either at a great price but even better would be for free.
I've checked out the warm front grant but although you can get it if you are in receipt of dla it doesn't count if the claimant is a child.
Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks

The utility company definition of priority group covers children in receipt of dla. Ring your local energy saving trust advice centre 0800 512012 and they will tell you how to access it. It's unlikely to cover the whole cost of the install as it's usually capped at a 4 bed detached but you should only need to pay for the square metres over the allowance for a 4 bed detached house - usually about 100m2 and excess m2 charged at £5/m2.
Hope this helps
