trojan horse downloader

HELP!!!! just doing my scan and i can see its coming up with a big red exclamation mark for trojan horse downloader do i just stick it in the virus vault when the scan has finished? will my computer be safe then or not?? no idea what to do any advice much appreiciated!

What are you scanning with and what does it say about it? Trojan downloader doesn't sound good though.........

avg scan - it says trojan horse downloader.Swizzor.8.BB documents with exclamation are deadboltvc.exe????whatever that is and another one called a1358576.exe. has not finished scanning yet though ooooh dear ohhh dear
