Came across this elsewhere.
Audi for sale with 147k on the clock -
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=9835&item=4651166464
Same car now for sale by the buyer with 72k on the clock -
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=010&item=200015867231
When buying something it is often worthwhile checking what the seller has been buying.

Has he not already pulled the auction?0

looks like he pulled the auction because people were bidding like 10 million for it lol.
even someone called clocked-car-see-"auction number"
just click the bottom link, then click on bidders,it says 0 but you can see what they bid.0 -

What a t*$$p*t! I hope he gets his just deserts."Success is not to be measured by the position someone has reached in life, but the obstacles he has overcome while trying to succeed." Booker T. Washington

I've probably got this completely wrong but could it be a newer engine?0

The engine doesn't alter the mileage does it? The rest of the components may have dont that mileage also. I know someone who's car has done over 200k and is still on the second engine and it has never been clocked.......
I would urge everyone out there when they sell a car either privately or on a tradein to fill in the mileage part of the V5 so DVLA will have a record.
The only other explanation would be if he had managed to do nearly 30k since he bought it and the 'one' at the start of the mileage reading is not visible. Somehow in his home area I dont think he is going to have done that in the two months since buying do you??????"Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!

The 'clocked-car-see-auction number' guy seems to change his name to match the auction he is bidding on - looks like he trys to catch scammers for a past time!
Fair play to that guy!2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0
