I'd say 5 days max, but I think it is most likely that the quality will be impaired long before it will become toxic....

I quite fancy making my own hummus, but what is the best way to store it? How long will it last?

I'd love some suggestions for flavour combinations too!

thank you!! I did search, but must have spelt hummus/hummous/hoummous wrong.....so complicated!
