HOw long can homemade hummus last in fridge?

Made humus (tinned chickpeas, lemon juice, mayonaise, pepper, mix herbs) and put in fridge on Thursday. How long will it last? Shall I throw it out now?

I'd say it should last between 5-7 days but a change for the worse in smell, colour, taste or texture should indicate whether it needs throwing

I'm doing Slimming World at the moment so made some houmus for myself and my little girl using virtually fat free fromage frais instead of olive oil/mayo. Turned out great and totally syn free on the diet. Not sure how long it keeps though.

Well the recipe I was given was

    3 cans chick peas
    1 fat clove of garlic
    2 lemons
1/2 tub virtually fat free fromage frais (Tesco Heallthy Living is syn free)

Take the juice from the lemons and add to all the other ingredients, whizz up in a food processor.

I found this recipe made rather a lot of houmus for us, so maybe I'll have to adapt it. Its not quite the same as houmus made with olive oil but its fine for me. If youre doing SW, I added some of the houmus to pasta with roasted vegetables and it was delicious!
