    one rate is 6.4% and the other 6.25% i'm paying 4.69% on my mortgage of £70000 my home must be worth £170000 by now but i just don't want to remortgage my debts come to £16000 i'm paying off £600-800 a month and getting there if that's any help might give that a go though will rework everything with a snowball calculator ..thanks never thought of that one

    oooh just looked that up it seems quite feesible ....mmm more to talk about with hubby and this way if we had a poor month then we could take our time ....food for thought then i could start saving big time ...thankyou
