Stocks and Shares ISA Transfer time??

I am about to transfer my Stocks and Shares ISA from Edward Jones to Hargreaves Lansdown and have received a letter today which quotes >50 days to complete the transfer.
Can anyone advise if this is a typical transfer time?
Thank you in advance.

Sounds a tad excessive to me.
I did transfers a while ago from Pope and Son, stockbrokers, and from L&G, both to H-L and both took a couple of weeks iirc.0 -
typical transfer time on S&S ISAs (Assuming not tie in or maturity date) is about 3 days. Rarely see it take longer than a week. I guess HL are quoting a longer period to stop people contacting them after a week wondering where the money is.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
