Search word manipulation

When I serach for SAGEM, why do I get 60,000+ items of other rubbish, items which do not include this word ??

Looking at the results I assume ebay has included SAMSUNG & possibly other words in the word search, but that is NOT what I want !!

Is there any way to switch this search word manipulation/replacement off so I ONLY see items with the word SAGEM ??

I know ebay think they know best, but I think I know what I am looking for & want to see.

It's also under advanced search- right at the first drop down box, just choose one of the exact words options.

Do you know what the search is doing for word without brackets, just curious.
(same result as Advanced Search All words, Any order)

It finds 60,000 items, but I can't see the word is in most of these listings anywhere.
