Abacus Uk, Bad inks & no refunds!!

Abacus are an ebay company that sell very cheap inks. While the 1st purchase seemed ok. Subsequent orders appear to have wrecked my print heads. which cost £64 each to replace.
I've managed to get a refund of £11 for black inks but that was after some 4 emails and a recorded delivery parcel plus letter(which they ignored) until I emailed again with the threat of posting details on the web.
Every time they respond to my emails they insist that I'm the only person with problems regarding their inks!!
I've just returned another parcel( the remainder of 39 cartridge order), recorded delivery, which after 6 days, STILL NO REPLY, this parcel contained unopened cartridges for refund and ones that refused to function on my printer. And nozzle checks that show their cartridges not working. Out of 39 cartridges only 10 have worked without any problems.
They guarantee them for 12 months shelf life!!!
When I put in genuine manufactors cartridges, my printer worked immediately without any need to clean the print head. It is the constant cleaning that has rendered 2 print heads unusable.
Buying these inks has been a false economy as 2 print heads in 10 months is a total of £120. I might as well have bought genuine inks.
There is NO WHERE on Ebay to add these comments after you have used the item you've bought. Their feedback forum any reflects the sending and paying of goods.
Have anyone else had problems with this company?
When it's an internet company, how can the consumer make sure that others are aware of their faulty goods? Any ideas?
This was the only place that I could think of that maybe we could do something about web companies such as Abacus Uk.
