BB, any thoughts on the chicken re-heating? You're a food expert!

I would either have it cold or strip the chicken and cook it in a sauce. That way it won't dry out and you can make sure it really gets hot.

If it has been kept warm under one of those heater things, it has only been cooked once so you can re-heat it. I've never been a fan of them, I always hope they keep the warmer thing to the right temperature.

I can't decide what to have for tea. I've got turkey escalopes and a salmon fillet that both went out of date yesterday, I'm thinking the salmon tonight and the escalopes for the next two days.

cook them all up tonight Ames so they will keep a bit longer? Then the escalopes can't go off tomorrow/Sunday.

ah, clever thinking bb! they're breaded escalopes too so they'll be fine cold. I've also got a pizza that goes out of date tomorrow, but that should be fine till monday. I had it all planned and then yesterday got tempted by some reduced salmon cos I haven't had fish in ages.

Hmm, it's friday night, is it too early to crack open the alcoholic ginger beer?
