I have flashes of being broody but I know I only want kids sometimes - I kinda envy divorced people as they get a single weekend, a weekend as a parent, a single weekend... IYSWIM. Sounds like a good option

Mine aren't such hard work now they're older but the emotional stress has stepped up....
