Me too, as it's a contract, but no harm in asking and all that!

I've done as Pitlanepiglet suggested, and 'psychologically subtracted' the £14k of Student Loan debt for now.

Still comes to £10,347.37 though. I can't see how I'm ever going to pay this off :-(

Dont get downhearted before you even start it will be a long hard road, but you CAN do this

and well done for admitting you have a problem in the first place and actually starting to deal with it:T:T

It does feel good being sober 1 week now :j

Even though I'm pretty shattered this morning, having been up all night, it feels like *good shattered* if you get me!

I've finally got all the figures down, in black and white, and it most definitely helps to break the cycle of it whirring around and around in my head.

I've stopped drinking before, however I've never felt this much determination, in *staying sober* :cool:

As your debt is so high & your income so low if I was you I would be thinking of bankrupcy.
Look into it & see wether you think it might be an option.

Surely, as it'll be under £15K, (taking away the Student Loans / DWP Housing Benefit debt as neither would be allowed to be included) rather than Bankruptcy, a 'Debt Relief Order' would be a better bet?
