Early severance

I have just taken an early severance package of 3 yrs wages approx 87K (tax to be taken out yet) and also have the option of an actuarially reduced pension.

Lump sum 18K and 6K a year now at 51 or 32K and 11K a year at 60.

I also have 240K in a year bond with nsandi and about 50k in other small investments. Should I lift my pension now or wait til im 60, I could lift it and invest it or spend it.
Any suggestions on how I could maximise my money as I am not really fussy about taking a full time job again. I have no debts.

Thanks

I would grab it now as no one knows how things will be in the future.
