Ebay, Blocking bidders

Hi all

I have played with Ebay over the years and can not believe how stupid some bidders are, I have an item on sale at the moment (£250 worth) in the listing it clearly states if you have less that 10 feedback contact me before bidding. So far I have had 2 people place a bid with 0 feedback who have not contacted me (give me strength:mad: )

Could anyone tell me is there a way to set a minimum feedback for people bidding on my items, I know people have got to start some where but there are so many fiddles out there, i just want to set it for large items

Thanks All

Im Not Sure If There Is, I Know You Can Block Bidders, But Not Sure If You Can Block Bidders With Less Than 10 Feedback,

Look At Bidders List And Block Who You Want, Hope This Helps X
  • You could set your buyer requirements. You can block buyers who:
Are registered in countries to which you don't ship

    Have a negative feedback score

    Have received Unpaid Item strikes

Are currently winning or have bought '1-100' of your items in the last 10 days

Do not have a PayPal account

    Taken from eBay.

Alternatively you could create a pre-approved bidders/buyers list. This means that anyone interested in placing a bid on your auction has to contact you first before it will let them bid.

If you go into your selling preferences you can set options like block bidders with less than a certain amount of feedback and so on

If you look down the left hand side of your ebay page you should see preferences and you can change stuff their

  • Mick have you cancelled their bids so far? I would as that is a valid reason for doing so....

    what a weird conclusion??

i think not everyone post answers to other people's questions, maybe Mick10101 only starts new threads (asking for advice maybe - so why would he be thanked?) and isn't interested in responding to other's posts?
nothing wrong with that - not everyone posts on here to see how many 'thanks' they can get.........
