Bees

Hello all,
Just after a bit of advice about what to do. I moved into a flat in November. It's on the top floor and it's has a flat roof. I have bees that have taken up residence in the space between the ceiling and roof.
To get this sorted out properly I'm under the impression that I need to locate the bees (there's no access to this ceiling void) rip down the ceiling and get someone who knows what they are doing to remove the nests/hive/combs.
I spoke to the people who manage the maintenance (they are residents) and they suggested leaving it for the time-being which I agreed with however I'm getting a bit tired of not being able to open windows and bees constantly coming into the flat is annoying.
What would people here do?
//edit - They are honey bees

Try and find a local bee keeper to speak to. I think the police keep a list - in case of swarms landing in houses. It's illegal to kill honey bees.0

Our neighbours knocked down an old byre and a bees nest was found. The local bee keepers were round very fast to collect the hive (main thing they want is the Queen).
Sounds like access is going to be the problem though.0 -
put a hive on the roof, see if you can tempt them out and then reap the rewards of beekeepng and free honey0
