new account for 16 year old?

looking for advice please.
My 16 year old will be continuing in full time education in september and I believe he may be entitled to claim Education Maintenance Allowance. I would like to get him to save this. Are there any good accounts for this or are any banks / building societies offering incentives to children for opening accounts? We live in Northern Ireland?
Thanks anyone for advice please.

I don't think so. Most banks stopped giving big incentives to under 18s a while ago. Just figure out the most convenient bank and get their under 18s account.
