European TomTom with avoid toll roads function?

Can anyone recommend the cheapest European TomTom which includes the function to avoid toll roads? The TomTom site gives this info for some models, but the TomTom Start UK RoI & EU isn't on their site - the cheapest model I can find for EU.

Theoretically the Start should have the avoid toll roads function. Can you not pop into a Currys/Halfords for a quick play?
