    OP...I am not sure if this will help but do you have legal cover with home insurance policy? you might be able to get help through that.

    Not a chance will this cover a criminal case

    You are right, and I'm amazed you have gone against the flow, everytime there is another "interesting" speeding story which doesnt add up, this board is then full of fantastic agatha christy stories, of demon cars inches from bumpers with no concern for their own life, just wanting to stitch up an innocent motorist who was fleeing from a maniac, maybe it's just the MSE's who have vivid imaginations :eek:

    Kind of arrogant, isn't it, to dismiss folks who've had a bad experience of traffic cops -- or, in my case, two bad experiences -- as fantasists?

    The public isn't perfect. The police aren't perfect. No Agatha Christie mystery about that.
