Thanks to our estate agent

Our house details appeared on the agents site about an hour ago and what a fantastic job he and his secretary have done. The writing is excellent and the pictures marvellous. Ok we are far cheaper than any others around this lovely area but we decided to be realistic.

Pat on the back to them and crossed fingers now for a quick sale

I thought Estate Agents were a bunch of cowboys who don't return calls and don't have a clue about the local market until I read this post. I thought their reputation had been well-earnt.

Now I think, aren't Estage Agents great! They are awesome. So good in fact that I think I'll commission one to sell my house even though he thinks its worth 73% less than what one of the other ones said it was worth.

Let the old biddy alone. It's a sight less inflammatory than some of her posts:

Thanks, kittie, dear. Now we know there is at least one good agent out there. I agree, we need to re-elect Maggie, clear that silly old mountain of debt, send all foreigners back to wherever it is they came from and England will be the green and pleasant land of ever-increasing house prices once again.

Meanwhile, carry on being 'realistic' in your lovely area. ;)
