I checked mine and the seller hasnt been on in four weeks. i just had an email saying my order has been confirmed. logged in to my account and it says the seller commited to deliver but when i checked when the seller last visited the date hadnt changed.

My first 2 DVDs came today as well - the boxes were slightly damaged. Doesn't bother me too much as I paid £nil for them - but was wondering if I should mark down the feedback? Haven't used Priceminister before, so not sure what the etiquette is!

like with eBay - contact them first and see how they respond.
if you are happy i would see if they were going to give you a discount for the damage, and if yes, say you do not need it and give positive feedback. if they do not, don't. the seller still gets paid money even if you used the voucher

Don't try to gild the lily; unless your product descriptions stated new and sealed you have no case. As you say, these cost you absolutely nothing so I'd leave shining feedback.
