I know with the previous £5 voucher they canceled orders from people that had already used the site before, or those trying to use the £5 voucher again by using another email address but to the same postal address, and using the same credit card.

It seems they are saying you are trying to use the discount more than once. i.e. you and the "guest" are the same person.

From what I remember when I used it once the item is in your basket and you check out, the page before you input your credit card details, "Order confirmation" at the top it says "If you have a discount voucher, please enter the code now and then click on 'Go'"
