HC5 (Medical Claims form) - Vision Express

Hi,
Does anyone know whether you can claim back the cost of an Eye Exam and get help with the cost of my new Contact lenses from Vision Express? (private, not through NHS as my local NHS provider is pretty poor.)
I have a HC2 claims form which entitles me to free treatment, but I had the eye exam before I had this form over a month ago and already have my lenses. I believe there is a 3 month limit for claiming back charges but is it possible with private on the high-street treatment?
Thanks in advance.

No it has to be NHS treatment when we used this HC2 form we claimed back the cost of medication and eye test but has to be NHS because its an NHS treatment claim form:AAutism isn't the end of the world just a journey to another one:A0
