Hi Guys,
Can you guys help me decipher what is included in the results of my RAC HPI check for a Mini Cooper I'm about to purchase from a private owner?

Can you guys help me decipher what is included in the results of my RAC HPI check for a Mini Cooper I'm about to purchase from a private owner?
The plate history section details the following:
Alert Details
I assume it's saying that the W17 plate to the car on 23/08/2007 is now attached to the Chrysler which has outstanding finance?? Or am I wrong?
Plate Transfer
- The current plate was transferred to this vehicle on 10/03/2008
- W17### was applied to this vehicle on 23/08/2007
- This VRM has been recorded as having an outstanding finance agreement
- An outstanding finance agreement was recorded on 21/05/2009 against a CHRYSLER NITRO 28 CRD SX
- HE02### was applied to this vehicle on 31/05/2006
- There are no interests recorded against HE02###
- RX52### was applied to this vehicle on 07/10/2002
- There are no interests recorded against RX52### (Current plate)

Yes you are correct there is no outstanding finance on the MINI currently registered (RX52).The outstanding finance is on the Chrysler which now has a plate that was previously on the MINI (W17).0
